About the app
VandeVault is a free, offline GST invoice and quotation maker for Android. It is part of the Vande Digital Ecosystem, an initiative by Techgaon Private Limited, which publishes the app ("we", "us").
What stays on your phone
When you use the app, you may enter your business details (name, GSTIN, address, phone, bank or UPI details), your logo and signature image, customer details, items and prices, and the invoices and quotations you create. All of this is stored only in the app's private storage on your device. We cannot see it, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else.
What we do not do
- We do not collect, store or process your personal data on any server.
- We do not require sign-up or login.
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- We do not sell or share data with third parties.
- The app works offline and does not need an internet connection.
Photos and files
If you choose to add a logo or signature, the app opens your phone's picker so you can select an image. It reads only the image you pick. A shrunken copy is saved inside the app.
Sharing your bills
A PDF is shared only when you tap "PDF / Share" and choose where to send it, such as WhatsApp or email, using your phone's share menu. Once you share a file, the app you choose handles it under its own privacy policy.
Backups and deleting your data
Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in your phone's settings, deletes all data held by the app. If your phone's own backup feature (for example Google backup) is turned on, your phone may include app data in that backup. This is controlled by your device settings, not by us. Please keep your own copy of important invoices, because we cannot recover data for you.
Your responsibility
Invoices may include your customers' names, phone numbers and GSTIN. You are responsible for handling that information properly and for the accuracy of the bills you create. VandeVault is a billing tool and does not provide tax or legal advice.
Children
The app is made for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and publish the new version at this address.

आपके फ़ोन में क्या रहता है
आपके व्यवसाय का विवरण, लोगो और हस्ताक्षर की तस्वीर, ग्राहकों और आइटम की जानकारी, और आपके बनाए इनवॉइस व कोटेशन सिर्फ़ ऐप के निजी स्टोरेज में आपके फ़ोन पर सहेजे जाते हैं। यह जानकारी हमें या किसी और को नहीं भेजी जाती।
हम क्या नहीं करते
- हम किसी सर्वर पर आपका निजी डेटा इकट्ठा या प्रोसेस नहीं करते।
- साइन-अप या लॉगिन ज़रूरी नहीं है।
- हम एनालिटिक्स, विज्ञापन या ट्रैकिंग टूल इस्तेमाल नहीं करते।
- हम डेटा बेचते या किसी तीसरे पक्ष से साझा नहीं करते।
बिल शेयर करना
पीडीएफ तभी शेयर होती है जब आप "पीडीएफ / शेयर" दबाकर खुद चुनते हैं कि कहाँ भेजनी है। भेजने के बाद वह फ़ाइल उस ऐप की अपनी गोपनीयता नीति के अनुसार संभाली जाती है।
डेटा हटाना
ऐप अनइंस्टॉल करने या फ़ोन की सेटिंग में उसका स्टोरेज साफ़ करने से ऐप का सारा डेटा हट जाता है। अगर आपके फ़ोन का बैकअप चालू है, तो फ़ोन ऐप का डेटा उसमें शामिल कर सकता है। यह आपकी डिवाइस सेटिंग से तय होता है। महत्वपूर्ण बिलों की अपनी कॉपी ज़रूर रखें, क्योंकि हम आपका डेटा वापस नहीं ला सकते।
